Tripartite escrow agreement

The core of our offering is a tripartite software escrow agreement between the software vendor, the user and Deponest s.r.o., usually required by the software user. Source code is released only when the conditions defined in the agreement are met, for example vendor bankruptcy, termination by the vendor or breach of SLA.
